Filters

The filters on the schedule page allow you to select multiple options for viewing the schedule. Multiple items can be selected at a time, allowing you to configure the right combination to view your currently scheduled events and determine if there are any gaps.

Once you set filters they will carry over into other scheduling views. If you cannot see something you are sure that you already scheduled, try clearing all filters by clicking .



  1. Filter by Audit Type
    1. Select an audit from the drop down menu. 
  2. Filter by Name
    1. Type in the name of an auditor, or select from the drop down menu and the schedule will limit results to that auditor.
  3. Filter by Layer
    1. Select the layer(s) to display and the schedule will limit results to those layers.
  4. Filter by Departments
    1. Select the department(s) to display and the schedule will limit results to users in those departments.
  5. Filter by Shift (if shifts are enabled for the site)
    1. Select the shift(s) to display and the schedule will limit results to those shifts.
  6. Filter by Locations
    1. Select the location(s) to display and the schedule will limit results to those locations
