When you login to Beacon, any audits that are available to be performed will be listed on the left side of the page under "To Do Audits".
5. Select the failure category and mode.
1. Click on the Start button to begin the audit.
2. Read the question title and text.
3. Select a response for the question.
4. Proceed to the next question.

On a failed question:
5. Select the failure category and mode.
6. Upload an image showing the failure.
7. Leave a comment describing the failure.
8. (Optional) If the issue is critical, the non-conformance can be corrected in-audit via the "Correct Non-Conformance now" button.
Once all questions have been answered, click the 
button to complete the audit.
