Alternate Responsible Party and Required Field Changes

When attempting to make any changes to a questions’ Alternate Responsible Party and Required fields the below factors are considered:

• User’s Scope
• Document(s) the question(s) is being used in
• Where the changes to the question is made from (question library or document)

Below are a few use cases to explicitly list out scenarios and impact of the changes.

1. Rules:
   1. Changes are constrained by the user’s scope always
   2. Changes made to a question from within a document only reflect in the individual document alone
2. Assumptions:
   1. User’s scope is Site 1 only
   2. Question is used in 1 or more documents (across sites as well)
   3. Document 1’s scope is Site 1
