Report Ad Hoc Finding

New Ad Hoc Findings can be reported from the EASE mobile app.

*Note: Ad Hoc Findings are only accessible to sites with this functionality enabled. Contact support for more details. 

To report a new Ad Hoc Finding, open the EASE application and input login credentials. Upon entering the application, tap on the + button near the bottom right of the screen.

From this menu, select Report Ad Hoc Finding.

Fill out the required fields before reporting this finding.

  1. Name this observation/finding.
  2. Provide more details on this observation/finding.
  3. Choose the site this observation/finding pertains to. Only accessible sites can be chosen.
  4. Select a location on the Org Tree that this observation/finding was found in.
  5. For reporting purposes, choose which audit type this observation/finding should be filed under.
  6. Choose from a list of predefined failure categories and modes.
  7. Attach a photo or file to this observation/finding.
  8. Choose a level or urgency for this mitigation.
  9. Select which user this mitigation will be assigned to.
  10. Provide more details on this observation/finding (optional).
  11. If this observation/finding can be closed immediately, check this box and manually close the mitigation.
  12. Create additional mitigations if desired (optional).
  13. Once all required fields have been filled out, click Submit to file this Ad Hoc Finding.
