- If you are trying to access Ease Audits through the mobile app, please make sure that your app is up to date. You can download the latest version or update the Ease Audits on:
If your company uses Mobile Device Management (MDM) to distribute apps, or you can't access Microsoft, App, or Google Play stores, you can get the latest app at https://download.ease.io/
- If you use a Single Sign-On(SSO) to access your work applications, please check the 'Log in with SSO' steps. If you don't have a company email, please follow the' Log in with Username' steps.
- Ensure that you are accessing the right Endpoint: EASE (most customers), GOV, or Global (for EU customers)
- You must have an active Ease Audits account to log in. If you haven't activated your new account or forgot the password, click 'Forgot your password?' to receive a new one.
'Forgot your password?' for EU customers.
Please check all your inbox folders for emails from Ease. SSO accounts can't reset passwords through Ease Audits, and Username accounts must contact the Site Admin to request a new password.
