Tracks activities and provides snapshots of site/personal reporting


Summary

The panels are populated with data based on the site’s available locations. The system will default to the site level but can be adjusted to focus on areas of interest or responsibility.


The panels can also be filtered to an audit category such as LPA, 5S, etc.  


Each panel is interactive and can be drilled down to see underlying details.


Using the gear (settings) icon in the upper right corner allows the user to add/remove panels as well as rearrange their order.


The gear (settings) icon can also be used in the individual panels to adjust the time period that is being reported.

From here a user will be able to see which tasks (audit, mitigation, approval) they have been assigned and are currently available to complete.


Users can search their tasks using the search bar

Each column has:

  • (1) Sort (ascending/descending)
  • (2) Filter option



Using the gear (settings) icon the user can remove and reorder the columns that are displayed.
