To access My Assessments on the EASE mobile app, open the application and input login credentials if necessary.
The My Activity tab will be the default page upon entering the application, to the far right of the My Activity icon will be My Assessments' page icon.
This page lists a user's previous and upcoming assessments within a 90 day range.
