Modified on Tue, 21 Nov, 2023 at 2:18 AM

When creating or modifying assessment and inspection documents in the new Document Library view, it is now possible to add conditional pass/fail questions that can lead to follow-up questions.

*Note: Only questions unique to the site can be made conditional. Questions outside of the site cannot be made conditional.

Navigate to Library > Documents and select a document from the document library.

The list of the questions that exist within this document will be visible. Select the three dots within a question to pull off the question menu.

Select Add Condition.

Configure the conditions of this question by selecting an applicable Condition and Answer.

These are the selectable options within each box:

Condition: Is, Is Not

Answer: Pass, Fail, N/A

Any combination of these terms is acceptable. The two chosen terms will appear in the sentence below.

This sentence determines the subsequent questions to be asked. To add the subsequent questions, select + Add Question or Add From Library

The subsequent questions that are added will be visible on the bottom of the question dialogue box. Once all questions have been added or created, select Apply
