To start a new, unscheduled audit, navigate to the Home page and under the Dashboard tab, select the + (Action) button on the bottom right of the page. If there are no activities yet under My Activity, a Start New Audit button will appear. This is a one-time audit for yourself that will be due the next calendar day.
From the list provided, select Start New Audit.
A new menu will appear, allowing you to select the details of this unscheduled audit.
A: Choose this site for the audit. Only accessible sites can be chosen.
B: Select the audit document. Only active documents can be chosen. EASE will automatically use the audit document's name for Audit Name, but this can be manually edited for any name desired.
C: Manually select a location from your Org Tree for this audit from the dropdown menu provided. Alternatively, EASE can randomly select a location by checking a box next to any applicable tiers of the Org Tree.
Once all fields have been completed, select Start to begin the audit.
