A. Sections of EASE 

(Access to these sections will be granted based on the system roles assigned to a user).

  • Home Page – The system home page containing dashboard and user activities.
  • Library – Contains Documents and Question Libraries.
  • Schedule – The scheduling wizard and calendar.
  • Findings – All nonconformance reporting.
  • Reports – Reporting dashboard and all assessment data.
  • Organization – Contains the Org Tree, Departments, Scopes, Users, Layers and Shifts.
  • Settings – Various site-specific settings.


B. User Menu

  • Propose Idea - Users can create a unique profile (separate from their EASE profile) to provide development requests.
  • Support Center - Allows the user to contact EASE support and review the knowledge base.
  • Achievements - Displays completed and possible achievement badges.
  • My Profile - Shows the user their profile details, past delete requests, profile preferences, achievements, and access tokens.
  • Log Out - Allows the user to log out of the system.

C. Page Tabs - These will vary based on the specific page. On the Home Page, the page tabs show the dashboard, your calendar, and your assessments.

  • Dashboard - Displayed in Figure 1, this tab tracks activities and shows both site and personal metrics. More information on the Dashboard tab here.
  • My Calendar - Used to view scheduled tasks, vacations, and site holidays. More information on the My Calendar tab here.
  • My Assessments - Access to upcoming and previous assessments. More information on the My Assessments tab here.
  • Leaderboard - Users can see where they rank amongst their peers in completed activities and how close they are to their next achievement. More information on the Leaderboard can be viewed here.

D. Summary - Provides key performance indicators based on locations selected


E. My Summary - Provides key performance indicators at the user level. 


F. My Activity - Provides a list of assigned tasks (assessments, approvals, findings) for the user.


G. Action Button - Create or add a new activity based on the specific page within EASE's system. On the home page, use this button to start a new assessment, action plan, or report a finding

  • Start a New Assessment - Start an unscheduled, ad hoc assessment.
  • Start New Action Plan (Add-On Functionality) - Begin a new unscheduled action plan.
  • Report Finding - Reports an Ad hoc finding.
