Start New Assessment (Mobile App)

New, unscheduled assessments can be started from the EASE mobile app. 


To begin a new assessment, open the EASE application and input login credentials if necessary. Upon entering the application, tap on the + button near the bottom right of the screen.


From this menu, select Start New Assessment.



Fill out the required fields before beginning this unscheduled assessment.


  1. Choose the site for this assessment. Only accessible sites can be chosen. 
  2. Select the assessment document. Only active documents can be chosen. 
  3. EASE will automatically use the assessment document's name for this field, but this can be manually edited for any name desired.
  4. Select a location from your Org Tree from the dropdown menu provided, or EASE can randomly select a location by checking a box next to any applicable tiers of the Org Tree.
  5. Once all required fields have been inputted, tap Start to begin this assessment
