The Assessment Delete Requests feature allows assessors to request the deletion of upcoming or missed assessments. This functionality helps maintain accurate schedules and records while ensuring all deletions go through an approval process.
To enable and configure this functionality, navigate to Settings and select the Products and Features tab. Scroll down to find the Assessment Delete Requests section.
There are two configuration options in this section:
Upcoming Assessments: this option allows assessors to request the deletion of upcoming (scheduled but not yet completed) assessments.
Use the toggle to enable delete requests for upcoming assessments. Once enabled, assessors will see this option when requesting deletion - more information on how to submit delete requests can be found here.

Use the dropdown menu to select which users are eligible to approve/deny delete requests. Manager and Admins includes users with the Delete Request Manager and/or Site Admin role enabled. Site Admins Only only includes users with the Site Admin role enabled.
Once delete requests are submitted the selected approver will receive a notification. Approvers can review, approve, or deny each request. Approved deletions are reflected in the schedule immediately. More information on approving delete requests can be found here.
Missed Assessments: this option allows assessors to request the deletion of missed (uncompleted and past due) assessments.
Use the toggle to enable delete requests for missed assessments. Once enabled, assessors will see this option when requesting deletion - more information on how to submit delete requests can be found here.

Use the Missed Assessment Email Notifications to Assessor toggle to automatically notify assessors when their assessment is missed.
