• How to Use the Number Response Type

When creating a question, a number response can be selected that allows the assessor to input a numerical value within an acceptable range as the response.

Document Library

• Overview

The document library contains all audit documents within the Organization.

Questions can be added to both newly created and already existing documents. Within a document, questions can be created, added from the Question Library, selected randomly, and made conditional.
