How to assign assessor as AP of the findings the've discovered

Please ensure that:

• The Assessment Document has the 'Default Finding Approving Party to Assessor' toggled ON. Please note that you may need to Revise the Document to apply these changes.

• Urgency for the Program and Site(s) of the Document with Additional Approval exists (Site Settings--> Program Settings --> Program). 

• The Assessor has assigned a finding with Urgency where Additional Approval is required during the conduct assessment.
