Findings
Track shift on ad-hoc findings: Assign or update the shift on a finding at creation or during editing. The system pre-populates the shift based on user and location for accurate shift-based reporting.
Finding files as question responses: When creating a finding from a failed question, a new checkbox allows you to attach the file simultaneously to the finding and to the question response, eliminating the need to upload the same file twice.
Prioritize findings with Due Date and Urgency Level columns: Both columns are now available in the Ad-Hoc Findings list view. Hidden by default, user-configurable, and sortable.
Control attachment requirements at each stage: A new 'Require Attachment upon Closing Finding' toggle in Site Settings ensures evidence is captured at closure. The existing toggle has been renamed 'Require Attachment upon Opening Finding' to remove any ambiguity.
Check Action Plan details directly from the Findings list: Action Plan Name, Status, and ID columns are now in the Open and All Findings list views. No need to open each finding to check its associated action plan.
Assessments
Export PDF moved to bottom actions bar on Assessment Results: The Export PDF option has been moved from the three-dot menu (⋮) to the bottom actions bar on the Assessment Results page, making it directly accessible and consistent with the actions available during conduct. On mobile, the Create Action Plan button has been moved from the bottom bar to the three-dot menu to avoid interference with the bottom.
AI Translations
Updated translation framework for Conduct Audit: Translated content during Conduct Audit now loads faster. The updated framework delivers improved retrieval performance for a smoother experience.
Assessment Documents
Include Files Manager attachments in PDF exports: Attachments added via the Files Manager are now included in PDF exports of assessment documents. All supporting evidence is captured in a single export.
What’s Fixed – Bugs We Squashed
- Fixed an issue where time off requests in Reports were displaying 1 day after the actual time off date.
- Fixed an issue where the '0' option was missing in the Edit Start Window when editing assessments on the Schedule Calendar.
- Fixed an issue where additional site personnel were not listed when conducting an Assessment.
- Fixed an issue where an assessment with all questions passed was incorrectly marked as Failed in the results.
- Fixed a 500 error that appeared when using the 'Has Assessor Comment' column filter in the All Answers view.
- Fixed an issue where exporting an Assessment to PDF was failing.
- Fixed a null reference error that caused failures when exporting Audit Details.
- Fixed a scroll issue that occurred when opening a second finding.
- Fixed an issue where Personnel columns could not be sorted in the Findings List Views.
- Fixed a timeout error that occurred when reassigning activities during user deletion or deactivation.
