Collaborative Audits

Updates in this release make collaborative audits easier to run day to day: reassignment from the Results page, bulk calendar operations, and Public API support.

Reassign auditors from the Results page:

 Reassign any section of an in-progress collaborative audit right from the Results page, without returning to the schedule.

Bulk edit and delete from the Schedule Calendar: 

Update Start Windows and Grace Periods or delete multiple collaborative audits at once. Reassignment happens on the Results page.

Collaborative audit data in the Public API: 

Collaborative audit data now flows through the Public API for reporting and integrations.

Audits

New fields identify collaborative audits and who worked them: IsCollaborativeAudit, Auditors [{Id, Name}], and AssignType. Audit results also include Section [{Id, Name, Auditor, Status}] on each question item, so you can see which section a question belongs to, who audited it, and its status.

Answers

The Auditor field now reflects the auditor who answered each question in a collaborative audit.

Findings

All Findings endpoints support collaborative audit data, so findings from collaborative audits move through your integrations the same way as any other finding.

Users

User lookups now return OpenAudits and OpenFindings, giving you each user's open work at a glance.

A new endpoint returns your Program List.

Scheduling collaborative audits through the API is not supported.

Ad Hoc Audits

Back button returns you home: Backing out of an ad hoc audit now takes you to the home page.

What’s Fixed – Bugs We Squashed

• On iOS and Android, the Approve button stays active after using the Navigation dropdown during an audit.
• Action Plan PDFs list only the sub-tasks in the event.
• Collaborative audit sections with conditional questions now commit once all visible questions are answered.
• When a question group has missing answers, every missing answer is now highlighted.
• Question setup now displays correctly when configured from the app view.
• Reverting to a document revision with random question groups keeps the configured random questions.
• Reports dashboards open reliably.
• Logging out of SSO accounts no longer shows an error.
• Editing an Action Plan no longer resets task Effective Dates to the AP Due Date.
• The Question Compliance by Shift report chart loads faster.
• Validation Audit tabs display their content on web and mobile.
• Cancelling the Choose location or shift dialog no longer leaves it loading.
