Collaborative Audits

This release adds new ways to add questions to collaborative audits, with easier tools for managing groups.

Create sections from existing documents:

 Copy questions from an existing document into a collaborative audit document. Out-of-scope questions are locked during import.

Progress bar on the conduct page: 

See your progress through each section while conducting a collaborative audit.

Improved groups management in programs: 

Groups in Collaborative Audit programs can now be renamed or deleted, with prompts to reassign or remove any linked questions.

Questions

Question creation has a redesigned form experience, and bulk edit now supports additional response types.

Redesigned question creation form:

 The question creation form is redesigned with collapsible Question, Response, and Finding Details groups, plus side navigation.

Signature and date stamp in bulk edit: 

Signature and Date Stamp response types are now available when bulk editing questions.

Reports

Filter by Tags in Report Dashboards:

 Report Dashboard panels can now be filtered by tags to narrow down the data you see.

Approver filter in Findings Reports: 

The Findings drill-down list now includes a filterable Approver column, displayed next to Assessor.

Findings

Open Findings access for AP and RP roles:

 Users with Action Plan (AP) and Responsible Party (RP) roles can now access the Open Findings and All Findings list views.

Scheduling

Program list scoped to site and schedule type:

 When creating a schedule, the program list now shows only programs that apply to the selected site and schedule type.

AI

Translate comments with AI:

 Audit comments can now be translated into your preferred language with AI Translations.

Mobile

Optimized conduct audit for small screens:

 On small mobile screens, navigation and details tabs now hide while scrolling, for more room to answer questions.

Action Plans

Custom fields in AP Tasks:

 Custom fields configured for Action Plan tasks can now be added as columns in the Tasks list view.

Updated Assessment header: 

Assessment headers now have clearer Pass/Fail status icons across all assessment types.

Platform

New global link to the Support Center:

 A global link to the Support Center is now available throughout EASE for quick access to help resources.

• Rearranging questions in a document no longer reloads the page.
• Multiple Choice dropdown options now respond to clicks correctly.
• Out-of-scope scopes no longer appear in Scopes page search results.
• Assessment documents export without errors.
• Home page widgets now display correctly instead of showing a server error.
• The View dialog in assessment documents now displays conditional questions correctly.
• Public report share links now load consistently.
• User import now correctly matches site names, even with a trailing space.
• Users can now access audits without encountering a 500 error.
• Older document revisions now download correctly from the Library.
• Dashboard panel list view drill-down now filters by tags.
