What’s Fixed – Bugs We Squashed

• The assessor column is now visible within Home Dashboard report panels.

• Programs outside of a Site Admin's program scope are no longer visible in the Program scope drop-down.
   
• Conditional questions no longer merge incorrectly in collaborative audit sections.
   
• Multi-site-scoped users from disabled home sites are no longer included in the Responsible Party list on conduct audit and finding forms.
   
• Assessor comments are now converted to plain text on conduct audit, finding forms, and list views.
   
• A parent question excluded from reports is no longer marked as failed in Assessment PDF exports.
   
• Users sharing the same device no longer encounter a login error.
   
• Translations can now create a database record for a question.
   
• Refreshing the page no longer clears Action Plans and History lists in completed Assessment results.
