Navigate to https://app.ease.io/login, and select Login with Username.
Enter the unique company code associated with the organization.
Input the predetermined username and temporary password chosen by the Site Admin. The new user will be prompted to create their own password upon their first login.
*NOTE: Predetermined passwords are chosen when creating a new user. More information on creating users can be found here.
Mobile App Version
On the EASE mobile app login screen, select Login with Username.
