Reports Dashboards

  • Overview


The Reports dashboard displays real time results on all data collected in EASE. All panels within a dashboard are interactive and consist of data that can be directly accessed.

  • How to Modify Panels


Panels exist within each Reports dashboard and consist of data that is interactive and directly accessible. Panels can be created, removed, reconfigured, resized, and reshaped throughout the dashboard.

  • How to Add, Edit, Share, Clone, and Delete Dashboards


Reports dashboards can be created, edited, shared amongst EASE users, shared to someone outside of EASE, duplicated, or deleted.

  • Dashboard Filters


The data displayed in a Reports dashboard can be filtered through many categories, including by location, time period, program, shift, document, layer, and department.

Assessment Data

  • All Assessments List View


The All Assessments tab in Reports showcases all collected assessment data, including historical and upcoming assessments.

  • All Answers List View


The All Answers tab in Reports lists all collected assessment answers. By default, answers will be filtered within the last three months.

Home Page Dashboard


  • Overview


The Home page Dashboard tracks activities and provides snapshots of site and personal data metrics. The dashboard is broken down into three sections: Summary, My Summary, and My Activity.

  • How to Edit and Filter the Home Page Dashboard


The panels shown in the Dashboard on the Home page can be edited and reconfigured. Summary data can be filtered by location and program. Use the gear icon to configure the presented metrics for Summary and My Summary. The list of tasks in My Activity can be sorted and filtered by column.
