What’s New & What’s Improved
On-the-Job Training is LIVE!*
Many non-conformances stem from knowledge gaps. With On-the-Job Training (OJT) in EASE, you can correct and prevent these non-conformances identified during your shop-floor audits.
Upskill workers, decrease knowledge gaps, and get data that proves you’re improving.
Just in time for the launch:
- Assign to a Third-Party Trainer: Enable supervisor- or trainer-led delivery of assigned training while ensuring the completion credit goes to the operator.
- Capture Signatures from Trainees & Trainers: Require signatures from trainees and trainers to confirm that training was delivered, understood, and completed.
- Mark Training Complete for Groups: Record training completion for multiple individuals at once, supporting group sessions and off-the-line delivery.

Files Manager Now Connects Across EASE & to SharePoint!*
Connect to SharePoint, reuse files across activities, and access everything on mobile — so your team always gets the right info, right on time.
- Access Your Document Library: Connect your SharePoint library to EASE and control exactly which files are available to your teams.
- Use One File Everywhere in EASE: Upload a file once and attach it across assessments, action plans, findings, and training.
- Find Files Instantly on Mobile: Find and open critical resources like SOPs or work instructions from your phone — no digging required.

Findings & Action Plans
Findings
Schedule new Validation Assessments from Findings to confirm your non-conformances are fully resolved — and that your fixes stick.
- Schedule Validations at Closeout: Prompt Responsible Parties to schedule a follow-up Validation Assessment when closing a Finding.
- Target the Original Conditions: Assess the same location and personnel involved in the non-conformance to confirm the issue has been addressed and isn’t being repeated.
- Track Impact in One View: See Validation Assessment results alongside the original Assessment in the Validation Assessment Results — clearly marked and connected for fast review.
How to Start a Validation Assessment
After setting the Countermeasure, entering Finding Closing Comments, and attaching any relevant response files, the Responsible Party can schedule a Validation Assessment after selecting Close.
- Set a Due date.
- Add a Start Window or Grace Period.
- Assign the assessment to an Assessor.
- Select Close Finding & Schedule Assessment.
How to Review the Validation Assessment Results
After the Validation Assessment is completed, you can compare the results to the results of the original Assessment.
- Locate the Assessment in Reports > All Assessments.
- Select the Validation Assessment.
- The results from the Validation Assessment show in the Validation Results tab.
- Select the Original Assessment tab to see the results of the original Assessment.
- Compare the results of the Validation Assessment to the Original Assessment by navigating between the two tabs.
Action Plans
Start Action Plans faster with details imported from your Findings. Speed up creation, preserve traceability, and quickly connect Action Plans to the findings and assessments that triggered them.
- Auto-Fill Action Plans from Findings: Create action plans faster by auto-filling key details like site, summary, and even owner and approver information directly from the associated finding.
- Link Findings and Assessments to Action Plans: Pull in and link the Finding and Assessment that led to the Action Plan, giving teams quick access to the context and history needed to take corrective action.
- Carry Over Program Details to Action Plans: Populate the Program field on Action Plans based on the originating Assessment’s Program.
Scheduling & Conducting Assessments
Scheduling Assessments
New look, feel, and functionality for the Scheduling Calendar: The redesigned Scheduling Calendar brings better clarity, improves usability, and makes it easier to manage scheduled assessments:
- Adjust Your View: Use the new Document Status filter and Sort by options to focus on relevant assessments.
- See more at a glance: View upcoming assessments for all your programs and get more precise status updates with improved status indicators.
- New Weekly View in the Update Scheduling Calendar: Switch to a weekly view in the scheduling calendar to focus on audits planned for the current week and navigate week by week.
- Search, Sort, or Select All: Quickly find and select the right options using search bars within filters.
- Bulk Update Start Window and Grace Period: Set or edit the start windows and grace periods for multiple scheduled assessments all at once.
- Delete or Reassign in Bulk: Remove or reassign multiple items at once instead of updating them one-by-one.
- Override Layer Limits When Scheduling Assessments: Use a new User Limit setting when scheduling to schedule more assessments per person — without altering your Layer settings.
- Assign Personnel When Scheduling Assessments: Set the personnel field in advance to show assessors who the audit or inspection involves.
Conducting Assessments
- Check Question History During Assessments: Review the last three comments for any question for the same location within 90 days to uncover recurring issues. Org Admins must enable Question History at the Program level within Settings.
- Expanded Daily Digest Email: Daily updates now include assigned Trainings and recently completed Assessments, giving you a fuller view of your activity across the platform.
Reviewing Reports
Quickly spot trends and gaps in assessment performance across time and sites with new Assessment Compliance report panels.
- Track Compliance at a Glance: Use the new Assessment Compliance report panel to see how many assessments passed or failed based on your dashboard filters.
- Compare Results by Site: Break down assessment compliance by location to identify strong performers and areas that need attention.
