Introducing Flexible Scoring for Score Questions

• New Change Max Score in Question Settings: When enabled, assessors can adjust the Max Score for individual questions, providing greater flexibility when using the Score response type.
• Scored Question Results Now Show as a Fraction – Scored responses now show both the selected score and the total possible score (e.g., 10/10 or 12/20) for better clarity.
• Minimum Passing Score Now Set as a Percentage – The Minimum Passing Score setting in Document Settings is now Minimum Passing Percent, ensuring the Total Percent Score in Assessment Results accurately reflects the scored percentage based on inputted responses.
• Slider Functionality Removed – The Score response input has reverted to its original multiple-choice format after being updated to a slider in the Jan 2025 (3.61) release.

Powerful & Convenient Updates to Action Plans

• Auto-Close Findings When an Action Plan is Completed: A new Auto-Close Findings setting in Action Plan Documents allows users to automatically close associated Findings, specify countermeasures, and manage approval flows when an Action Plan is completed.
• Delete Action Plan Tasks and Sub-Tasks: Users with the appropriate Action Plan permissions can now delete Tasks and Sub-Tasks from open Action Plans. Sub-Tasks must be deleted first before removing a parent task.

Additional Enhancements

• User Calendars Now Show All Assigned Activities – The My Calendar and User Calendar pages now show all assigned activities, including Assessments, Findings, and Action Plans.
• Enhanced Readability for Findings: Finding Comments, Closing Comments, and Response Files now feature a new font, larger text, and bold formatting for better clarity.
