On-the-Job Training (BETA)
Schedule Trainings from Findings or Action Plans: Assign corrective training to mitigate non-conformances identified in Findings or follow up on Action Plan tasks—eliminating unnecessary manual follow-ups.
Track & Trend Training Effectiveness with Report Panels: Use new report panels to monitor training completion, identify struggle areas, and assess training impact.
Additional enhancements:
- Access Trainings in My Trainings: Use the My Trainings tab to quickly access all your upcoming, started, and completed trainings.
- Sort & Filter by Due Dates: Easily sort and filter All Trainings and My Trainings by due date for better tracking and organization.
- Enable Users to Schedule Trainings: Assign users the Training Scheduler role to give them access to schedule trainings and manage the training schedule.
- New Date Range Options for Training Schedule: Customize your Training Schedule view to see in-progress or upcoming trainings by week, month, quarter, year, or a custom date range.
- Filter by Team: Use the Team column to assign trainings to team members or quickly find trainings assigned to your teams.
- New Time Tracking for Trainings: See how long it took for a trainee to complete assigned trainings with the Time Spent column under All Trainings.
- Check the Training Document Version: View the assigned training document version in the All Trainings section or the Training Results page.
- Quickly Remove Content from a Section: Use the Remove All option to remove content from within a section.
Files Manager (BETA)
Create Training with AI: Generate trainings in a few clicks. Select a file within Files Manager, click Create Training, enter a prompt, and let EASE’s AI do the rest.
Schedule Assessments
New look, feel, and functionality for the Scheduling Calendar: The redesigned Scheduling Calendar bring better clarity, improves usability, and makes it easier to manage scheduled assessments:
- Adjust Your View: Use the new Document Status filter and Sort by options to focus on relevant assessments.
- Delete or Reassign in Bulk: Remove or reassign multiple items at once instead of updating them one-by-one.
- Search, Sort, or Select All: Quickly find and select the right options using search bars within filters.
- See more at a glance: View upcoming assessments for all your programs and get more precise status updates with improved status indicators.
Apply Layer Setting Changes Automatically to Scheduled Assessments: Choose to automatically apply updated Start Window and Grace Period settings to all scheduled assessments when updating Layer settings.
Action Plans
The Details tab for Assessments & Action Plans has moved: All details are now in the Assessment tab for assessments and the Event tab for Action Plans. This keeps key information in one place for easier access during assessments and action plans.
Auto-close Findings after Action Plan approval: When enabled, the Auto-Close Findings setting ensures linked Findings close automatically once the Action Plan is approved.
Consolidated email notifications for Action Plans: The initial Action Plan email notifications have been consolidated into one email.
New Program & Finding Comments Columns for Action Plans: Filter by Program and quickly review Finding comments with the newly added columns for Findings added to Action Plans.
Add Program information to your Action Plans: Use a new Field to classify your Action Plans by the related Program for better organization and tracking.
Home Dashboard
Filter Assessments by Team from the Summary Widgets: Use the Team column to filter Upcoming, Due, Past Due, and Missed Assessments by assigned team on your Home Dashboard.
Conduct Assessment
Reopened Assessments Default to Original Due Date: Reopened assessments automatically inherit their original due date if within 120 days of the current date. Older assessments require admins to set a new due date.
Reports
Show Zero Values in Report Panels: Choose to display zero values in report panels, making it easier to compare activity or spot inactivity.

Updated Compatibility Information in Apple App Store: EASE continues to support the latest two major versions of Android and iOS. However, previously incorrect compatibility information in the Apple App Store has been updated to reflect the correct requirements.

- Resolved an error that previously prevented users from being added to an assessment team.
