Conduct Assessments

Edit Titles for In-Progress Assessments: You can now edit the title of assessments that are already in progress, enabling you to add context or correct mistakes.

1. Open an In-Progress Assessment.
2. Select the Edit icon.
3. Enter a new name for the Assessment.
4. Select Apply.

Schedule Assessments

Set Past Due Dates for Scheduled Assessments: You can now select a past date when updating the due date for a scheduled assessment in the Schedule Event pop-up menu.

A Better Way to Schedule: The Individual Assign scheduling experience will no longer be available in EASE after April 30, 2025. It's been replaced by the new Schedule Assessment capability, which brings you a more powerful, flexible scheduling experience.

The new scheduling experience is already available in your EASE environment. To start using it:

1. Go to Schedule
2. Click the blue plus (+) button
3. Select Schedule Assessments

What’s Fixed – Bugs We Squashed

For Conduct Assessments

• Improved PDF exports by preventing image overlap, increasing spacing between attachments, and adding timestamps to “Date Started” and “Date Completed” fields.
• Resolved an issue that occasionally prevented some users from starting assessments, causing them to appear stuck during processing.
• Minimized Question Groups in the Conduct Audit workflow now stay minimized when you return to an in-progress audit.
• Addressed a minor flicker in the Conduct Audit workflow where the screen could briefly shift up and down during assessments.

For Schedule Assessments

• Fixed a scheduling issue where sorting by “Layer Maximum” in the Add Assessor pop-up caused a broken page when the layer was set to “No limit.”

For Action Plans

• Fixed an intermittent issue where some users saw a “Something Went Wrong” message when trying to open an Action Plan.
• Resolved an error that affected some users when generating PDF reports for “Pending On Time” Action Plans.
• Fixed an error that occurred when certain users attempted to delete a file from an open Action Plan task.
