Action Plans

Add Implementation and Effective Dates to Action Plans: You can now add two new optional date fields – Implementation Date and Effective Date – to Action Plan tasks and subtasks to help you clearly track when corrective actions are implemented and when they take effect.

How to Enable:

1. Open your Action Plan document and go to the Settings tab.
2. Select “Enable Action Implementation Date.”
3. Toggle the setting on to display the field in tasks and subtasks.
4. Toggle “Allow Implementation Date to Exceed Action Plan Due Date” if you want to permit dates beyond the plan’s due date. 
5. Select "Enable Action Effective Date."
6. Toggle the setting on to display the field in tasks and subtasks.
7. Toggle “Allow Effective Date to Exceed Action Plan Due Date” if you want to permit dates beyond the plan’s due date.

What’s Fixed – Bugs We Squashed

• When an Action Plan is set to “Auto Close Findings: Close and Approval All,” the original Responsible Party on each Finding is now retained.
• Fixed an issue where mixed static and random questions did not appear in the correct order during assessments.
• Assessments with a “Not Started” status in the Assessment by Status report drill-down now correctly link to the Results page.
• Resolved an issue where text in certain assessment fields did not wrap properly.
