Choose Whether to Include N/A Responses in Overall Score Calculation: A new document-level setting lets you decide whether to include N/A responses in assessment score calculations, providing greater flexibility to align scoring with your organization’s preferred quality approach.

How to Enable: 

1. Open your Assessment document and go to the Settings tab. 
2. Select “Include N/A in Score Calculation.”
3. Toggle the setting to include N/A responses in overall score calculation. 

What’s Fixed – Bugs We Squashed

• Fixed an issue where the default date for Validation Assessments in Findings was incorrectly set one day behind the current date.
• Resolved an error within Schedule filters where previously selected programs in the multi-select filter were replaced when scrolling through large Program lists.
• Questions within Assessment Results now match the corresponding questions in the PDF export.
• The assessment location within ‘All Assessments’ now correctly shows the new location name after updating it from the Org Tree.
