Assessment Delete Requests

To enable and configure the assessment delete request functionality, navigate to Settings and select the Products and Features tab, then scroll down to find the Assessment Delete Requests section.


A: Allows assessors to request to delete their upcoming assessments. Here is how to request to delete assessments.

  1. Use the blue bar to enable this functionality.
  2. Select which users are eligible to approve assessment delete requests for upcoming assessments. Choose between Managers and Admins and Site Admins Only.


B: Allows assessors to request to delete their missed assessments. Here is how to request to delete missed assessments.

  1. Use the toggle to enable this functionality
  2. Select which users are eligible to approve assessment delete requests for missed assessments. Choose between Managers and Admins and Site Admins Only.
  3. EASE will send an email to assessors if they miss their assessment. Use the toggle to enable this functionality.
