To enable and configure the audit delete request functionality, navigate to Settings and select the Products and Features tab, then scroll down to find the Audit Delete Requests section.
A: Allows auditors to request to delete their upcoming audits. Here is how to request to delete audits.
- Use the blue bar to enable this functionality.
- Select which users are eligible to approve audit delete requests for upcoming audits. Choose between Managers and Admins and Site Admins Only.
B: Allows auditors to request to delete their missed audits. Here is how to request to delete missed audits.
- Use the toggle to enable this functionality
- Select which users are eligible to approve audit delete requests for missed audits. Choose between Managers and Admins and Site Admins Only.
- EASE will send an email to auditors if they miss their audit. Use the toggle to enable this functionality.
