Click on the user's name at the bottom left of any screen to access the User Profile Menu.
Once selected, a new menu will appear displaying multiple options.
- The system's current version. Click on the version number to see details of current and prior versions. A notification will appear here each time there is an update to the system.
- In the EASE Support Center, you can contact support, submit tickets, review submitted tickets, access the Knowledge Base that contains "how to" articles, video tutorials, user manuals, past webinars, and FAQs.
- View all available badges and achievements, including ones you have already earned and ones you have yet to earn. For more information on how badges are earned and scored, visit the Leaderboard article.
- Access the user's account profile and review details, requests, preferences, and achievements.
Details: View user-specific details, add a Job Title, view connection speed, and change password.
Requests: View all assessment delete requests.
Preferences: Change language, configure notification details, and clear cache.
Achievements: View all available badges and achievements, including ones you have already earned and ones you have yet to earn. For more information on how badges are earned and scored, visit the Leaderboard article.
5. Log out of EASE.
