To start a new, unscheduled assessment, navigate to the Home page and under the Dashboard tab, select the + (Action) button on the bottom right of the page. If there are no activities yet under My Activity, a Start New Assessment button will appear. This is a one-time ad hoc assessment for yourself that will be due the next calendar day.
From the list provided, select Start New Assessment.
Next, configure the details of this ad hoc unscheduled assessment.
- Select the site for this assessment. Only accessible sites can be selected.
- Select the program for this assessment. Only programs within the user's program scope can be selected.
- Select the assessment document. Only active versions of documents within the user's location scope can be selected.
- By default, the name of this assessment will match the document's title. This can be manually edited if necessary.
- There are two options for selecting the location of this assessment: 1) select an Organization Tier (e.g., Site, Area, Workcenter, Station) for the system to randomly select a single location from, 2) manually select a specific location from the Location dropdown menu. All eligible locations are based on the selected document's Location Scope and Organization Tiers settings - more information on Document Settings can be found here.
Once all fields have been completed, select Start to begin the assessment.
