How to Use AI Language Translation During an Assessment

AI Language Translation in EASE allows users to instantly translate audit questions and responses into their preferred language while conducting an assessment.

This feature helps global teams complete assessments in their native language without needing separate versions of the same audit. All responses and results automatically roll up into a single report, regardless of language used.

How to Translate an Assessment

During an assessment, click on the translation icon near the bottom left of the screen.

This opens the language selection menu. All available languages are listed in this menu.

Click the desired language to translate the assessment. Once selected, all visible questions, responses, and instructions will automatically appear in the chosen language.

After a language is selected, all text on-screen will update automatically. You can continue answering questions as usual — all responses are saved and reported under the original record.

NOTE: Changing the display language does not alter the underlying document or stored data.
All reports remain consistent regardless of the language used during the assessment.
